Welcome to 30sec. 30sec Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") is provided by 30sec team from Left Limited for those who may access and use the 30sec service, including 30sec.net, 30sec App, and the services available through the App. By using the services, you are agreeing to all of the following terms, conditions, and notices, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Use. This agreement, together with all updated materials, supplementary terms, and other policies of 30sec, constitutes the agreement between the user and 30sec.

When reading this agreement, please pay special attention to the content in bold. If the content of this agreement is fully read, understood, and agreed, the user can start accessing and using 30sec. Download, install, register, login, wallet-create, account-activate, etc. from the user for 30sec and its services will be deemed to have understood and accepted all the terms of this agreement. Minors and those who do not have full capacity for civil conduct, please read this agreement with the company and the help of their legal guardians.

Please stop using if the user does not agree to any of the terms stated in this agreement or subsequent revisions to it.

1. About App and Services

1.1 30sec is a blockchain incentive advertising platform built by Left Limited to watch ads and earn tokens. The content of the advertising videos watched by users is produced by the brands and aggregated by the platform. The watching rewards are provided to users independently by the platform or together by the brands and the platform.

1.2 The specific services provided by 30sec are determined by 30sec team according to certain situations. 30sec reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the services at any time if it's necessary. Unless otherwise expressly stated in this agreement, any function adjustments, additions, or enhancements in 30sec, including the launch of new tokens, NFTs, and products, are governed by this agreement.

1.3 The 30sec review team will review all the advertising videos in the platform to avoid any objectionable content, including but not limited to:

(i) sexually explicit materials;

(ii) obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent, and/or unlawful content or profanity;

(iii) content that infringes upon the rights of any third party or that is deceptive or fraudulent;

(iv) content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition, and/or firearms;

(v) gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo, or poker.

Any user can feedback about the content in the app they deem objectionable for review. Content will be moderated by 30sec team to ensure the timely removal of any objectionable content.

1.4 The advertising videos in 30sec may be provided by a third-party individual or organization, and the third party shall be responsible for its service quality and content. 30sec cannot guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, and legality of the content or links that may exist in the advertising videos, and will not be responsible for the content of any webpage by such external links that are not actually controlled by 30sec.

1.5 The user shall bear the equipment fees (such as mobile phones, computers, and hardware devices used to access the network), network fees (such as mobile phone charges, network fees paid for accessing the Internet), and transaction fees paid for accessing the blockchain (such as gas fee paid to the blockchain miners, transfer transaction fee paid to the platform) that or blockchain services) and other fees derived from using the 30sec service.

2. Registration, Use, and Deletion of Account

2.1 The user must provide the email address that he or she is legally and effectively using for account registration of the 30sec services, and one email address can only be bound to one 30sec account.

2.2 The person who registers the account shall be a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct. Natural persons and minors who do not have full capacity for civil conduct should register and use 30sec under the agency or permission of their legal guardians.

2.3 By using the 30sec App or services you represent and warrant that:

(i) you are not a current resident of Egypt, Iraq, Qatar, Oman, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Bangladesh, and Mainland China.

(ii) your access to and use of the App and services is legal in your country of residence in the manner in which you access and use them.

2.4 The 30sec account is limited to the user's own and personal use, and shall not be used for commercial purposes, nor may it be lent, rented, gifted, sold, transferred in other forms, or manipulated by machines or programs. If the 30sec platform detects that the user's operation behavior is abnormal, 30sec may require the user to verify (such as providing valid identity information, conducting man-machine testing, etc.) to ensure the authenticity and security of the above-mentioned operation behavior. If the user fails to pass the verification, 30sec has the right to suspend or terminate the service at any time.

2.5 The information provided and used by the user's registered account should be true, valid, and legal, and should be updated in time when the information changes. Any losses arising from invalid information or failure to update in time shall be borne by the user.

2.6 The user is responsible for ensuring the security of the accounts, passwords, private keys, key phrases, and any other access to any digital wallet used in connection with the app or the services. Any leakage or theft of accounts, passwords, or keys due to personal reasons shall be borne by the user. And once it happens, the user should contact 30sec team as soon as possible with valid personal identity information. We will try our best to provide necessary assistance for users to protect their rights, but there is no guarantee that the account or any loss due to the leakage or theft of the account can be recovered.

2.7 30sec may change the rate at which users accumulate tokens using the app if necessary. If the user has accumulated tokens by misusing the app or the services or in a way that is fraudulent, dishonest, or otherwise unacceptable, we may reverse benefits or tokens assigned to you with reasonable consideration.

2.8 30sec team makes no guarantee that tokens accumulated through the app or the services will have absolutely any particular value or any monetary value. You are liable for any loss or diminution value of tokens.

2.9 The user can apply to delete the account with the valid identity provided to 30sec team. After verifying, 30sec will stop providing services to the user and remove all the data including rewards records, video history, favorites, messages, and any other kinds of usage of the app and the services. The user's personal information will be deleted or anonymized according to the requirements of the laws. Once the account is deleted, all data related will not be able to retrieve anymore. Please notice that 30sec cannot delete the crypto wallet address created by the user.

3. Security of User Information

3.1 30sec team respect and protect user privacy, and promises to protect users' personal information in accordance with industry applicable security standards.

3.2 30sec will not share user information with any organization, company, or individual, except in the following cases:

(i) Obtain the explicit authorization of the user;

(ii) According to relevant laws and regulations that is obliged to disclose;

(iii) Judicial and administrative agencies require based on legal procedures;

(iv) With the user's awareness to share within a limited range of 30sec's affiliates and authorized partners to ensure that users can use the products and services of 30sec smoothly.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 The intellectual property rights of all versions, technologies, programs, and all self-developed contents of the 30sec product (including but not limited to product functions, user interfaces, method of use, trademarks, patents, codes, software, token design, NFT design, etc.) belong to 30sec team and Left Limited. Under no circumstance shall the products and services usage license granted by 30sec and its affiliated companies to users be deemed to transfer part or all of the intellectual property rights.

4.2 The content in 30sec includes videos from third-party sources. The content is offered by the content creators in collaboration with 30sec, or sourced from public platforms such as YouTube. The intellectual property rights belong to the content creators. Any text, pictures, logos, audio, and video materials included in the services provided by 30sec are for teaching purposes and do not involve commercial activities of any physical items.

4.3 All rights to the videos in 30sec platform belong to their original authors. Please do not disseminate, copy, adapt, modify or otherwise improperly use other the videos, including but not limited to reproducing, downloading, editing, modifying, changing, re-uploading, distributing, creating derivative works, slandering, destroying technical protection measures of works, etc.

4.4 The videos watched by users through 30sec are limited to personal entertainment, study, research, or appreciation, and cannot be used for any commercial purposes without 30sec's written consent.

4.5 If any information and content displayed or pushed by 30sec to users on its page is suspected of infringing any third party’s intellectual property rights, the rights holder and relevant stakeholders should send a rights notice to 30sec. After verification, 30sec will have the right to take measures including but not limited to disconnecting the link to the infringing content or deleting and stopping the display of the infringing content following relevant laws and regulations. 30sec, 30sec parent company Left Limited, and Apple are not legally responsible for this infringing content.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Please visit and download the software and services of 30sec from the official website and specified platform. 30sec cannot guarantee the safety of any unofficial software or version, nor is it responsible for direct or indirect losses caused by users downloading unofficial 30sec software or version.

5.2 The user understands and agrees that when the following events occur, 30sec will not be responsible for any tangible or intangible losses in terms of user data, digital assets, incentive rewards, etc. caused by the inability to provide services normally:

(i) The service cannot operate normally due to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, mudslides, or force majeure factors such as power outages, wars, terrorist attacks, and pandemics.

(ii) System service interruption or delay due to hacker attacks, technical adjustments or failures of the telecommunications sector, system maintenance, blockchain network service congestion or collapse, and other reasons.

(iii) System service interruption, termination, or delay due to government requests, changes in laws and regulations, orders and rulings of judicial and administrative agencies, etc.

(iv) Leakage of account or identity information and any legal disputes and consequences caused by other websites or third parties (such as online banking, currency exchange institutions, cloud servers, data centers, etc.) that provide services or cooperate with 30sec.

(v) If the service needs to be suspended due to system maintenance or upgrade, 30sec team will try our best to notify you in advance. For any loss caused due to the interruption or termination of the service, 30sec makes no guarantee to undertake any responsibility to the user or any third party.

5.3 The user understands that all content and services such as videos, products, information, privileges, tasks, NFTs, tokens quantities, bonus quantities, and any form of incentive rewards displayed on the 30sec platform may be provided by third-party individuals or organizations. 30sec cannot guarantee the timeliness and accuracy of the above content, nor can it guarantee that the services can meet all kinds of user requirements. 30sec is not responsible for service interruption or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond 30 sec's control.

6. Modification of Agreement

6.1 30sec is a product that keeps growing and updating constantly on its way. 30sec has the right to modify this agreement and publish the revised agreement according to the needs of changes in policies, technical conditions, and product functions. Users can check this agreement from time to time to ensure that they understand the latest version of the agreement. The 30sec team may but not necessarily remind you to read and understand the modification of the agreement in the form of pop-up windows, in-app messages, emails, announcements, etc.

6.2 The modified content will constitute an integral part of this agreement. The user's behavior of using the products and services of 30sec will be deemed as reading, understanding, and accepting of the modified content.
