You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Privacy Policy. This policy, together with all updated materials, supplementary terms, and other policies of 30sec, constitutes the agreement between the user and 30sec.

If the content of this policy, is fully read, understood, and agreed, the user can start accessing and using 30sec. Download, install, register, login, wallet-create, account-activate, etc. from the user for 30sec and its services will be deemed to have understood and accepted all the terms of this policy. Minors and those who do not have full capacity for civil conduct, please read this policy with the company and the help of their legal guardians.

1. During the process of registering the 30sec account or using the service of 30sec, the user may be required to fill in or submit some necessary information and asked for confirmation. If the information submitted by the user is incomplete or does not comply with laws and regulations, the user may not be able to use the services or be restricted in the process of using the service. 30sec will strictly protect the security of users' personal privacy information and prevent users' personal privacy information from being accessed, used, or leaked by unauthorized third parties.

2. Personal privacy information refers to information related to the user's personal identity or privacy, such as your name, username, email address, password, unique device identifiers, country or region, signature, digital wallet details, billing, etc. Non-personal privacy information refers to the user's operating status and usage habits of the 30sec App and its services, which are clearly and objectively reflected in the basic records information of 30sec’ 30sec's servers, and other general information outside the scope of personal privacy information. The user is aware of and agrees to share the above-mentioned private and non-privacy information with 30sec.

3. When the user uses 30sec products and its service or visits 30sec official website, 30sec may receive, obtain, or record user information in the background, including application installation list, IMEI, device ID, IP address, MAC address, application program, mobile phone type, browser type, language used, access date and time, location, log information, and other data. The above information will be used to understand how 30sec users use the products and services, and to improve 30sec's own services to better understand user needs.

4. 30sec may collect the personal information directly from our contact with the user, which includes completing forms or parts of our website, social media, App, and/or other software, or by providing us with consent to access personal information such as photos, videos, albums, contacts, or providing us with consent to access the microphone and/or camera on the device, or contacting us via email, telephone, social media, and other similar functions either directly through our website or the App or through third party host websites, in person, through various marketing channels or competitions either directly through our website or the App or through third party host websites, and surveys.

We maintain commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical security measures designed to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. When your digital wallet information or financial account is being transmitted to our services or through our services, it will be protected by cryptographic protocols. To be clear, 30sec does not store the user's private keys or key phrases of his or her digital wallet, nor the credit or debit card account information, and 30sec does not have direct control over or responsibility for the user's digital wallet, credit or debit card account information. We may use third-party payment processors that are the controllers of your information. Our contracts with third parties that receive your information require them to keep it secure and confidential. 30sec cannot guarantee that transmissions of the user's information will always be secure or that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat the security measures taken by us or our third-party service providers. Except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded or limited due to applicable law, 30sec assumes no liability or responsibility for disclosure of the information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control.

6. 30sec will only keep your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which your personal information was originally collected, and will delete your information after a reasonable time. If the user's personal information is deleted due to app uninstallation, new device login, or long-term non-use, the user may be required to re-enter the personal information when using 30sec products and its services again.

7. With regard to information storage and exchange, the user understands and agrees that the information and materials collected by 30sec about the user will be stored on the servers of 30sec and/or its affiliated companies or institutions. The above information and materials may be transmitted to the country or region where the user is located or outside the country or region where 30sec platform locates and is accessed, stored, and used there.

8. The user may choose not to provide some of the personal information described above. However, please note that some of the 30sec services require the above personal information to operate. If the user chooses not to provide the personal information required for operation and its corresponding specific services, the user may not be able to use the entire 30sec services or functions.

9. The user agrees that 30sec can use the user's personal privacy information in the following matters:

(i) Send important notifications to users;

(ii) Conduct internal audits, data analysis, research, etc. to improve 30sec's products, services, and communication with users;

(iii) In accordance with the provisions of this policy, manage, review and take processing measures of the user information in 30sec platform;

(iv) Other matters stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

In addition to the above matters, 30sec will not use the user's personal privacy information for any other purpose without obtaining the user's prior consent.

10. 30sec will not disclose personal privacy information to any third party without the user's consent. However, the following specific circumstances are excluded:

(i) In accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations or the requirement of government authorities to provide the user's personal privacy information.

(ii) Leakage of any personal information due to the user notifying others of his or her user password or sharing the accounts or digital wallets with others, or leakage of personal privacy information due to other reasons that are not caused by 30sec;

(iii) Users disclose their personal privacy information to third parties by themselves;

(iv) Disclose due to the agreement between the user and 30sec or its cooperative institutions on the use and disclosure of the user's personal privacy information.

(v) Any leakage of personal privacy information of the user due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusions, and other force majeure events.

11. The user can apply to delete the account with the valid identity provided to 30sec team. After verifying, 30sec will stop providing services to the user and remove all the data including rewards records, video history, favorites, messages, and any other kinds of usage of the app and the services. The user's personal information will be deleted or anonymized according to the requirements of the laws. Once the account is deleted, all data related will not be able to retrieve anymore. Please notice that 30sec cannot delete the crypto wallet address created by the user. 12. 30sec team may modify this policy and publish the revised versions according to the needs of changes in governance policies, technical conditions, product functions, and policies of 30sec's cooperation institutions. Users can check this policy from time to time to ensure that they understand the latest version of the policy. The 30sec team may but not necessarily remind you to read and understand the modification of the privacy policy in the form of pop-up windows, in-app messages, emails, announcements, etc. The modified content will constitute an integral part of this policy. The user's behavior of using the products and services of 30sec will be deemed as reading, understanding, and accepting of the modified content.
